You know I was expecting this game to suck, or be an average brawler at best. In reality I found it silly fun.

Unlike other brawlers, when you have a bunch of bad guys, you can punch multiples at once. You can even do special moves on two at once. Grabbing two bad guys by their necks and smashing their heads together is too much fun.

Speaking of which, I also enjoyed that the special moves come out of wrestling, rather than Mortal Kombat. I mean, every brawler since the early '90s has had the spine rip. But the pile driver? Very fun.

If you can find this game cheap, it's probably worth it alone for the unbelievable horrible hair band anthem cheese that is the theme song. They took the trouble to record a whole song. Trust me, you'll be playing it for your game geek friends when they come over. Once. Exactly once. Each.

The complete readable comic book collection and the video from the creators are genuinely nice extras as well. Get it in the double pack with Microcosm and you've got a real deal on your hands.
