Spectre gives the vector 3D tank simulation of Battlezone a much-needed boost by making it fast, fun and playable. With more agile tanks, toned down damage, and an added capture the flag element, Spectre has a breezy arcade feel making it easy to pickup and play. Crisp, yet humorous sound effects give the game its Mac flavor.
Running fine even on OS 9, it's my go to game on the system when I have a few moments to kill. Highly recommended.

P.S. If you like Spectre, you may also enjoy the sequel, Spectre Supreme—which adds more gameplay elements and bits of strategy...even it if does sound like an offering from Taco Bell.
