So all of you out there with a Sega CD probably already know that the quality of games for this system varies quite a bit. This game is a good demonstration of that. Let's just say if it was released on the Atari Jaguar it would have been an embarrassment.

Let's get to the good part first. You might notice I gave the sound a three. That's because the cut scenes actually have decent voice acting and some ok sound editing. Unusual in a Sega CD game of any quality. Knock a few points off for the generic generated sound during the game and the stony silence during options and character selection.

The graphics would look at home on any 8 bit system. The controls are almost pointless. And when you come down to it, they wrapped a silly story around the worst possible brawler that they could design on the back of a napkin. Half a napkin, at best.
